IDUMANGE JOHN

IDUMANGE John was born on
September 28th 1965 in Nembe-Bassambiri. He attended Nembe National Grammar School Nembe and obtained his
West African School Certificate in 1982. He obtained his Bachelors of Education
in History in Education– University of Ibadan in 1992. He was the best
graduating student in the Faculty, having made a cumulative Grade Point Average
of 6.13/7.00. He obtained his
Master’s Degree in Educational Management in the University of Benin in 1997.
He has concluded a PhD programme in Economics and Politics of Education in the
University of Calabar. He is also a doctoral candidate of Leadership and Corporate
Governance University of Nova Scotia, United States of America.
He graduated as the best
student of International Law and Diplomacy in the Rivers State University of
Science and Technology, Nkpolu-Port Harcourt, where he obtained the Master of
Art in International Law and Diplomacy with a CGP of 4.33/5.00. He has several
professional qualifications which includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Business
Administration & Strategic Management; a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism.
Hon. Idumange John belongs to many professional Associations. He is a Fellow of the following institutes: Association of Certified Commercial
Diplomats, London, Institute of
Chartered Economists of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria,
ICEN; Institute of Public Management,
Nigeria, IPMN, the Certified Institute of Management, Nigeria, CIMN, and the
Institute of Public Diplomacy & Management. He is a ranking member of the
following Professional bodies: Nigerian Institute of Management; Certified
Institute of Business Analysis; Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria
and the Nigerian Union of Journalist, NUJ; He is also a ranking member of Nigeria Association
for Educational Planner (NAEP) He is a Member, Editorial Board of
African Journal of Research in Education and Member, Philosophy of
Education Association of Nigeria (PEAN) among others.
He has held several leadership positions. He was manager
Directorate of Planning, Research and Statistics, MIS in the Niger Delta
Development Commission. He was President of the Nembe-Ibe Students Union 1991-92.
He is Deputy President, Niger Delta Integrity Group, NDIG. He also served as
the Political Secretary in the Mini-Ikensi Local Government Area in 2000. He is
the 3rd National Vice-Chairman of the Certified Institute of
Management, Nigeria. He had served as an Ag. Chairman Board of Fellows, ICEN in
2011. Idumange John is a University Lecturer, a
strategist a Civil Society Activist and a journalist. He was appointed Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of
Bayelsa State on Research & Social Media.

MARCUS, SEIYEFA EMMANUEL (Ph.D)
|
Dr.
Marcus, Seiyefa Emmanuel is currently a senior lecturer in the School of Arts
and Languages at the Bayelsa State College of Education, Okpoma, Brass-Island.
He is also a member of the Academic Board of the College.
A
motivational Speaker and Editor of various Journals in the Social Sciences,
Business, Politics and in the Religious circle.
Dr.
Marcus, Seiyefa Emmanuel is also a member of the Environment, Culture and
Tourism Committee in Nembe Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
He
has numerous experiences both in the Public and Private Sector of the economy
which has earned him respect among the circle of Professions. He is a Permanent
Guest on Radio Bayelsa Live Program “Purpose and Pursuit” and “Thought for the
Day” by Dr. Marcus.
He
is a member of several organizations including the Institute of Strategic
Management of Nigeria (ISMN), National Association for the Study of Religion
(NASR) and the Nigeria Association for Biblical Studies (NABIS). His voluntary Public Service contribution has immensely benefited our
society at large in area of Management and Maintenance of HIV/AIDS, capacity
building and Human Capital Development (HCD).
He
was a senior lecturer at the Bayelsa State College of Arts and Science Agudama.
Dr. Marcus, Seiyefa Emmanuel also worked as a legislative aid in the Rivers
State House of Assembly (RSHA) and presently he is a member of several committees
in the present Government of Bayelsa State.
He
is happily married with two wonderful children.

ENGR. GODSPOWER BENAKIEGHA E
Public Relation Officer PDP National Rebirth

Engr.Godspower E Benakiegha.He was born on the 24th December
1974 in Warri Delta State.
He attended Ogedegbe primary school
and Essi collage all in warri Delta State. He proceeded to further study Civil
Engineering at the Prestigious Rivers State University of Science and
Technology (RSUST) Port-Harcourt Rivers State where he obtained B.Tech Degree
Hon.
He has worked and also serve in
various capacities in community, political Arena, oil and construction firm,
such as [1]former public relations officer [PRO] ogbe-ijoh clan Governing
council [2]community relation officer [CRO] starling associate limited [SPDC]
[3]personal assistance to Hon barr.Daniel O Mayuku the house committee chairman
on finance and appropriation Delta State House of Assembly, He has also
attended so many Human capacity building workshops and seminars where he made
tremendous impact and obtain various
certificate etc.
He likes reading, talking, writing,
research, travelling and listening to motivational speakers as a hobby. He is
happily married.

Gesikeme Akparakata Orosho,
He
was born 25th of March 1957, in Isampou Town in Ekeremor Local
Government Area of Bayelsa State. He attended community primary school Isampou
and Community secondary school Aleibiri respectively. He made his higher
learning in (BYCAS) where he studied Diploma in Mass communication in Bayelsa
State.
Gesikeme Apkarakata is a resource person with
an application of writing, He has written so many books to his credit as a
prolific writer and author. free –lance journalist whose articles have paraded
the national journals over some decades. His three books, (1) The Adaka of
War-Beyond the Gun, (2) The “Making of a Modern Day Nigerian” (3) The Fisherman’s Son are highly appreciated
and celebrated nationwide.
He is happily married, hardworking and
optimistic.

ENRG.KOLA RICHARD
PROTOCOOL OFFICER PDP National Rebirth |
Engr. Richard Kola, He was born on the 24th of October
1977 in Agrisaba Town in Nembe Local Government Area of Bayelsa State. He
attended St James State School Agrisaba and Nembe National Grammar School Nembe
all in Bayelsa Sate where he obtained
his first school leaving and Senior certificate Results . He further proceeded
to study in the prestigious Rivers State University of Science and Technology,
Nkpolu, Port Harcourt where he obtained his bachelor of Technology Degree (
B.Tech) in Marine Engineering and he is now on his masters Degree Programme in
Mechanical Engineering Rivers State University of Science and Technology Nkpolu
(RSUST) Port-Harcourt.
He has worked with Nigerian Westminster
Dredging & Marine Orogbun Warri, Delta State. Also worked with Unicorn
Engineering Services Limited at Agip Estate Mile 4 Port-Harcourt.
He likes reading, meeting people, Ready to
learn, and above all the God fearing Kola Richard is happily married.

Mrs Imoukhuede Vienna Eselesam.
She is a very vibrant and result oriented
person, she attended Gabon Mode; Primary school, Government Technical Collage,
community Secondary School Aluu and proceeded to study in the Rivers State
University of Science and Technology and obtained B.Sc Degree in accountancy
all in Port Harcourt Rivers State.
She has attended so many seminars,
workshops, talk shop etc. and obtained various certificate to her credit, she is presently working at the
Niger Delta Television Yenagoa and also the chairman Radio Television Theatre
and Arts Workers Union (RATTAWU ) Bayelsa Chapter.
She was born 22nd January 1972, she
is happily married and positive minded.

ERIC EYEMIENE JOHNNY -- TREASURER/ACCOUNTANT:
PDP National Rebirth
Born on 10th
February, 1976, ERIC EYEMIENE JOHNNY is a native of Foutorugbene town in
Ekeremor Local Government Area of Bayelsa State and Okpokunou Community in
Burutu Local Government Area in Delta State. He is a family man with four
lovely kids. He is an accountant by profession and a seasoned banker with
United Bank for Africa where he works as an Internal Control Officer. Eric is
the Treasurer/Accountant of the PDP National Rebirth, Bayelsa Chapter.

Saviour Memekizibe
Albert was born December 6th, 1962, a native of Akenfa-Epie in
Yenagoa Local Government Area in Bayelsa State. He is a University
Administrator, a Principal Assistant Registrar who is adept in his profession
as a public officer. He is currently a PhD student of Industrial Sociology and
Personnel Management at the University of Nigeria Nsuka. Mr Albert is the
Publicity Secretary of the PDP National Rebirth, Bayelsa Chapter.
